Physical Training 4 Mental Health

We all know there are physiological & psychological benefits to training BUT there’s no detailed integrative analysis of the impacts, good or bad, of physical training. Check out our blog post to see these effects in detail.

Our #PT4MH Campaign is a community upliftment program set to start in January 2023 - here’s how it works:

  • Up to 3 Group Runs per Week in an area
  • 'Team Leader' Applications are open >> click here to apply
  • Each participant will receive a grocery store voucher every time they run
